Riley Hayes is a full-service advertising agency with a growing need to support interactive and social media programs for its clients. When a new client loyalty and social networking project began, Riley Hayes decided to evaluate the cloud as a cost-effective, scalable way to deliver their interactive solutions. Although the flexibility and price point of cloud services looked to solve traditional problems of scaling and flexibility in hosting for high-traffic, short-term campaigns, they also needed a no-hassle way to manage their infrastructure with security and reliability.
