You can use this portal to submit any issues you encounter in the use of enStratus. In addition, this portal contains forums through which you can interact with other enStratus customers who may be trying to accomplish similar goals or who may have already solved cloud deployment issues that you are encountering.

enStratus System Status Portal

Also available is the enStratus System Status Portal which is the best place to keep up-to-date with any potential cloud outages. If the issue is not showing up from the System Status Portal, you can issue a trouble ticket in this new system straight from the System Status Portal.
